On Wednesday, 10th February we heard from representatives in Credit Union movements in Albania, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine who provided a brief overview of their movements, and the challenges and opportunities facing credit unions. We were also joined by David Hewson, BASS Dept., ILCU and Brian Hayes, Moore Ireland.
